This guitar is sold as a factory second.  It looks perfect.  The only issue that I have found with it is that the kill pot does not have a crisp action to kill the signal which might make it a little hard to kill the signal in time, but let's be honest, these kill pots do not work nearly as well as an arcade style button for that anyway.  The genuine Gibson Burstbuckers sound amazing in this guitar.

The guitar comes with it's original, super cool looking gig bag, its certificate of authenticity (signed by Brendon), and all of the original case candy.
